Just across the Higgins Street Bridge from downtown - on the Hip Strip! We are in the first block of 3rd Street, across from Boone & Crockett, under the blue awning in the Montaignes (Penwell) Building.

Southbound: From I-90, take the Orange St exit (on map above its labeled as Old US Highway 93). Follow Orange, across the river to 3rd Street (first light across the bridge). Turn left onto 3rd Street. We under the blue awning, on the south side of the street.
Northbound: From 93, follow all the way until it turns onto Higgins Ave. Left onto Higgins, then left onto 5th Street or 4th Street, turn right on Myrtle, then right on 3rd.
