Weaving
As a weaving newbie, I am just discovering the magic.. the most ancient art, and nearly our earliest technology (right after chipping stones for axes, hammers, spears and fishhooks or something like that). From the earliest baskets and nets used for carrying things, fishing and a myriad other uses to the finest silken gowns, humans have been weaving for millenia.
